Description
I wanted to design myself a headphone holder but decided halfway through that I wanted it to not only be functional, but have some design aspect to it. Since I'm still learning how to design in Fusion 360 it took me quite some time to end up with this design. I only had 3 colours since I just got my bambu p1s so I used black with orange accents, but I think other colours might look really nice too. You can use the headphone holder as a little shelve to put stuff in, like earbuds in my case.
The design allows for switching out the front and back accent panels so you can decide what colour you want yours to be! Because they are printed on a seperate plate you don't need an AMS for this to work! The panels are designed with a somewhat tight fit into the main model so it can stay snug without it being to difficult to pry open. Make sure your printer is properly aligned before printing to get a good fit. I printed the base at a 45 degree angle so it required less support but still had a strong connection for the hooks that attach to the Skådis pegboard.
The print profile provided is almost identical to what I used. The only difference is that I added some extra support for proper layer adhesion near the hooks. The first 45 layers are printed at a slower pace for proper bed adhesion and variable layer height is used for a better finish.
Let me know if you print one for yourself! I would love to see it! 🙂
I might update this project with some extra accent panels if I make some more.
