Hook Wrench/ Hakenschlüssel - DIN 1810 Form A

Here' a fully configurable hook wrench similar to DIN 1810 Form A.
Form B would have a pin as a hook and is not contained, but Form A is ideal for 3D printing.

This time the difficulty of the part needed me to use Onshape. Unlike the router templates, which work just fine in OpenSCAD.
So here you have a link (text file) and also some common size parts as STL to download straight away. 

You can configure and export any size you need without an onshape account, just check the link. Change configuration in the top left corner and check the picture I added for correct export settings.

There are 20 different sizes configurable right now. I stopped way above what I would use as a printed tool for high torque 😄
Anyways, if anyone would need the six biggest sizes up to a diameter of 500 mm, just let me now, I'll add it and I'm excited to see it!
Besides size you can choose to have a hole as a hanger and debossed text to recognize the tool size.

Print settings

My sample part is size ø58-62.
Printed with PETG, 5 Perimeters, 0,2mm layers, 1,2 mm bottom and top thickness and 50% gyroid infill.

I used this sample on slotted nuts of an electric chopper bike and changed spring preload. Worked as intended. 🖖
Lesson learned anyways: the bike only has enough space to tighten the spring. There's no space to use the tool the other way around. Guess another project should be a such a half circled "ER spanner wrench".

Because of too many variables of size and material, I didn't simulate how high tourque for each scenario can be.
I think - just like in my case - there are enough situations when it's better to have this tool ready in an hour instead of not having the tool at hand.
