Flextail Case

I made a case to organize my Flextail Tiny Pump 2x and the nozzles that come with it. I used the great Rugged Storage Box from @bulbasaur0 to perfectly size a rugged case around my modeled inserts. 

Printing

Print all parts as oriented, no supports should be needed. You will need two copies of the latch.

In addition to printed parts you will need:

• M3 x 30mm machine screw (x6)

Tools

• 2.5mm hex key (Allen wrench)

Assembly

Pay close attention to the orientation of the inserts to the case. You will want the top and bottom to line up correctly. The inserts should have a snug fit with the case halves. 

1. push the bottom insert into the bottom case 
2. lay out the top case half across from the bottom case half
3. align the hinges
4. check the orientation of the top case insert 
5. push the top insert into the top case
6. use two M3 screws to assemble the hinges
7. use four M3 screws to assemble the clasps

Hooray you now have a case for your Flextail Tiny Pump 2x

Use

The rubber nozzle tends to get stuck when shutting the case, gently poking it from the front should allow the case to close easily.
