Regalhalter / Shelf bracket

Dies ist die Halterung für ein Regalbrett. Die Tiefe des Regals beträgt zZt 20cm, kann aber mit der enthaltenen F360 Datei leicht angepasst werden. 

Gedruckt werden kann ohne Support, es ist jedoch zu beachten dass je nach benötigter Belastbarkeit die vertikalen und horizonalen Konturhüllen verstärkt werden - bei meinem Druck sind es 6 Schichten Perimeter sowie 7 bzw. 8 massive Schichten für oben bzw. unten. Bei mir haben dann 20% Infill ausgereicht. Gedruckt habe ich mit PET-G aber auch bei PLA sollte es keine Probleme geben.

Bei der Montage ist -wie eigentlich immer- zu beachten, dass die Schrauben nicht mit unendlicher Gewalt angezogen werden. Am besten den letzten Teil per Hand anziehen damit man das Gefühl dafür hat wann es fest ist. Nach fest kommt ab :)

This is the holder for a shelf. The depth of the shelf is currently 20cm, but can easily be adjusted with the included F360 file.

You can print without support, but please note that the vertical and horizontal contour envelopes are reinforced depending on the required load capacity - in my print there are 6 layers of perimeter and 7 or 8 solid layers for the top and bottom respectively. In my case, 20% infill was sufficient. I printed with PET-G but there shouldn't be any problems with PLA either.

When assembling, it is important - as always - that the screws are not tightened with infinite force. It is best to tighten the last part by hand so that you can feel when it is tight. After tight comes off :)
