Thumb-control lever trigger for Gilmour Professional Watering Nozzle, Model 4776

Print this replacement thumb-control trigger in whatever filament you want, but ASA/ABS/PETG might be a bit stronger. 

UPDATE: Aug 27, 2024 Model uses a rounded thumb trigger for more comfort.

Print settings:

• print in same orientation as the STL
• 0.2 layer height (model is designed for 0.2 layer height)
• 3 perimeters
• supports optional, but, if used, only needed on the outside ring part.
• infill, doesn't matter. 15% is fine.

1. Remove the old trigger using a T15 Torx screwdriver. 
2. Push the bar into one of the cam's notches. 
3. Align the small holes in the cam and bar (a paper clip helps)
4. insert a length of 1.75m filament and push the filament as far as it will go (it should go through the bar and part-way into the other side of the notch). 
5. Use flush cutters to cut off the excess.
6. Attach this completed part to the nozzle with one of the T15 screws.
7. Attach the second cam to the bar in the same way as the first cam.
8. Secure with the other T15 screw.
9. Glue optional.
