Description
What you’re looking at is a mount that allows you to mount your Reolink RL36N NVR in a 19" RACK cabinet. It consists of two symmetrical elements. As for installation, the mounts are designed for the RL36N NVR, but I’m unsure if they’ll fit other Reolink NVR models. You can attach the mounts to the NVR using the hard drive mounting holes. If you already have a hard drive on the side where you’re mounting the bracket, simply use a longer screw. That way, the screw will pass through the mount, NVR casing, and hard drive. If there’s no hard drive in that location, use an M3 screw with a nut. Be cautious when using the first screw from the front of the NVR, as it might cause issues with closing the casing. You can also use cable ties to secure a DC power supply to the NVR from any side. The entire setup occupies 4 rack units (1 and 1/3 U)
The 3D printing parameters include using PLA with 20% infill, the “Speed” profile in PrusaSlicer, and 3 perimeters. The print doesn’t require supports. Both elements, using a 0.6 nozzle, take approximately 6.5 hours to print on my Prusa MK3.
