LayZSpa Filter No. 6 - Filterballs - Bestway

Hier sind meine zwei Versionen für einen Filteradapter um Filterbälle in den LayZSpa Whirlpools zu verwenden. Es passen insgesamt 24 Filterbälle in den Korb rein. Optional können zwei Dichtungen in TPU gedruckt werden jeweils 1mm Stärke.

Es gibt zwei Versionen eine V5, die nur an der Oberseite eine Aussparung für die Filterbälle besitzt um eine optimale Filterfläche zu bieten, damit keine Spalten entstehen zwischen Filterbällen und Filteradapter.

Version V6 besitzt Aussparungen unten und oben.

Ich habe die Nut mit einer PLA (rot) Trennschicht bzw. Stützstruktur gedruckt. Diese lässt sich im Bambu-Slicer sehr einfach konfigurieren.

Ich konnte den Filter noch nicht ausprobieren, deswegen würde ich mich über euer Feedback freuen.

Here are my two versions for a filter adapter to use filter balls in the LayZSpa whirlpools. A total of 24 filter balls fit into the basket. Optionally, two seals can be printed in TPU, each 1mm thick.

There are two versions, a V5, which only has a recess for the filter balls at the top to provide an optimum filter surface so that there are no gaps between the filter balls and the filter adapter.

Version V6 has cut-outs at the top and bottom.

I printed the groove with a PLA (red) separating layer or support structure. This is very easy to configure in Bambu-Slicer.

I haven't been able to try out the filter yet, so I would appreciate your feedback.

1. Entfernt den Ring mit der schwarzen Klappen.

2. Setzt das Teil Bottom ein und befüllt den Boden mit sieben Filterbällen

3. Füge in der nächsten Schicht weitere sieben Filterbälle versetzt hinzu.

4. Füge nun die letzte Schicht mit sieben Bällen hinzu, diese müssen auch wieder versetzt angebracht werden.

5. Lege nun den Top Deckel zentriert auf die Bälle

6. Jetzt kann des Behälter verschlossen und verschraubt werden. Der Deckel besitzt eine Kante und schließt mit dem Bottom-Teil bündig ab.
