Pro4 SC10 front bumper support/spring

This front bumper support for the Team Associated Pro4 SC10 is a rugged replacement for the stock piece that has broken several times on me. As usual, Team Associated doesn't offer this part alone, and only comes with the entire front bumper assembly. This part is made from TPU and was designed to match the stiffness of the factory part, so there is ample flex in the whole front bumper assembly during a crash. I believe the damped nature of the TPU as a material provides more energy dissipation in a crash as well, compared to the stock plastic/composite piece.

There are a couple of pockets for two standard M3 nuts (5.5mm X 2.5mm), and they just need to be pushed down into place:

The specific material I chose was Hatchbox black TPU, shore 95A hardness, and it took some tweaking to get the print settings just right. Basically, I had to print slow (15mm/s on everything), use 1.17 extrusion multiplier and 2.5mm retraction, 232 deg C nozzle temp, 50 deg C first layer, and 60 deg C other layers. There are three small overhang areas requiring supports, which rip off pretty easily with pliers afterwards, and the print orientation should be as shown:

I've taken some very hard crashes at the local indoor dirt track with this part, and it's held up very well, so hope it works for you. Enjoy!
