Simple Parametric Filament Swatch

This filament swatch was created out of the need for a clean looking, and easy to use filament swatch to showcase the multiple filament colors offered on our website. This swatch allows you the flexibility to add color, description, material and vendor name (or you can skip the vendor, and emboss a simple logo onto the swatch).

Fully parametrized versions of the model are available for use in Fusion360 or OpenSCAD. Alternatively, you can quickly get started with our pre-made material and color swatch .stl.

Customization

To customize locally on your computer, install OpenSCAD on your computer and modify the variables in the top section, or look here for more in depth instructions. Also check out the “Customizing using OpenSCAD” section below for tips about fonts etc.
