Printed in PLA or ABS.  Both work well.  Good sound at 20% infill.  Don't know the sound change with different infill % or if you print it at different angles.  Printing at 45deg and 45% gives it a rigid feel.

Fits a 254x254x254 build volume.  I printed it on a K1Max

3 walls and 20% infill gives it a good sweet spot, and weight, but I'm going to play with different infill and different infill percentages closer to edges to maximize the sweet spot.

Note, print edges with tree support

Glue together, can make a dowel pin if needed

Racquet Tape to finish it off!

If there is demand, ill happily upload an un-branded version that is remixable.
