Balance Board

Are you looking for a weekend project? Let me share with you this one, Your own Balance Board!!!.

Of course you might buy it but whether you are a real maker (you know what I meant) you will want to built it. And trust me it's quite easy. 

You may adapt the design as much as you want, I decided to cut my stock wood on a circle, but maybe you wanna let your creativity go and create your own shape.

For this project I used next materials:

• 390mm x 15mm Stock Wood
• 8x Screws
• Sand Paper
• Double side tape
• 3D Printed parts.

3D Printing Parameters:

• Material: PETG
• Perimeters: 6
• Layer Thickness: 0.3mm
• Infill: 40%

Extras:

I added to the model SVG files as templates for sand paper grip and circle shape. In my case I used a laser cutter to cut all of them but I designed it to be printable as well.
