I designed this parametric collar to address the issue of soap dispensers dispensing excessive amounts per press, leading to unnecessary waste. This 3D model limits the amount of soap dispensed, promoting efficient use and reducing waste. The collar can be easily customized and adjusted to fit various dispenser sizes through its parametric Fusion 360 design, ensuring compatibility with different products. The simple installation process involves slipping the collar around the dispenser's neck, providing an effective solution for controlled dispensing in any setting.

Customization

1. Measure your soap dispenser diameter and it's “neck” height using caliper
2. Open provided f3d file and select Modify → Change Parameters
3. Change diameter to your measured diameter and height to portion of your measured height(try 50%, so if you measured 10mm enter 5mm).
4. Right click the component and select Save As Mesh

• Layer height: 0.3 mm
