you can print without support at all.  use PLA , 0.4 nozzle 

you will need at least one foam earplug, 

Flatten the earplug and slide it (starting with the back of the earplug) into the largest opening of the nose pad.

And after that, you can even adjust the distance to correspond with your vision.

For now, it is the most comfortable nose pad I have tried. I can now work for hours without feeling any pressure on my nose, and you have more room for adjustment than the original

This is the first version. Not very esthetic but do the job. Please let me know if there is anything wrong with it or if you like it.
