V0.2 Stealthskirts Knomi v2 Mount

The only change with this remix is the faceplate part, which needed to be larger to accommodate the size of the Knomi v2. The screw holes in the faceplate still line up with the original Stealthskirt base piece, so print that from the original version of the STLs.
