Sovol SV08 TOP HAT with BTT 7" Display

WARNING: Calibrate shrinkage before you print. These are long pieces and errors will show.

BTT HDMI 7" V1.2 Integrated in the top hat we made for the Sovol SV08

It has Built In cable management and also you have 3 hole on top to dim or increase the brightness + to rotate the display.

All the files are already in the correct orientation and they need a little bit of support for the “lip” that will hold the top acrylic panel 

After mounting the new shroud with all the upgrades. I have upgraded also the hotend and now i can print PETG without any problem, so I have Printed mine in PETG-CF for test and it look awesome.

Print Settings

3 walls
5 top
4 bottom
0.2 layer height
10% Gyroid infill. 

If you want to have long ABS prints or other hi temp material I recommend to print the top hat in ABS

11x M3x 35mm to secure the tophat to the frame

1x M3x 10mm to secure the display holder to the frame

12x M3x 8mm to secure the display in to the holder and the back cover

12x M3 x4.5OD x 4mm long
