Woven Stand for Designer Moon Lamp at 80% Scale

This is a cute “woven” stand for the Designer Moon Lamp. It will fit the lamp if you have printed the lamp at 80% scale. 80% is the scale that allows the lamp to be printed on a Prusa MINI/+. It will not work if you print the lamp at full size. You cannot simply scale the stand up, either, or it will no longer fit a socketcord snugly.

All together this makes a pretty nice gift for someone or a cute decoration for your own home. Here's what you need to put it together: 

• Print the Designer Moon Lamp at 80% scale.
• A socket cord for a lightbulb. I used this one but any one with a similar shape should do.
• At 80% scale a normal light bulb doesn't fit through the aperture in the lamp. These ones do and they give a pleasant warm glow.
• The stand itself is two printed parts:
  • a socket cord mount that holds the socket cord in place and fits into the lamp's bayonet mount, and
  • the woven stand that screws onto the bottom of the socket cord mount and raises it off the surface.
• The socket cord mount should print without supports.
• I recommend adding support enforcers to just the bottom of the upper ring on the woven stand.

The photos in black filament above are actually an earlier and narrower version of the stand, that featured a different mounting mechanism, but they show where the supports are intended to go.
