Description
You want to attach an additional guidescope to your scope without drilling new holes? All slots are occupied? Clamps to the rescue! You can't have too many clamps on your telescope.
This is very fast and easy to print clamp that can be used to attach a stock shoe base to your scope
Print two of these out of PETG and use M4 bolt, nut and washer to tighten. This is designed for ~170mm diameter tube.
Put clamps over the tube. Drop M5 nuts (provided with the base) into the slots and attach bolt it down, but do not tighten yet. Now carefully tighten the M4 bolts on the clamps, keeping watch on the base alignment (it should be parallel to the scope). Tighten the base. Done.
