BIG 3D Print Tools Boxes =)
I wanted to have some BIG boxes to have a better solution for filament waste, to hide away my not so nice (ugly) looking Isopropanol alcohol spray bottle, to hide away the usual not so good (cheap and ugly) looking tools and a place to put the paper towel used with the IPA.
Printing such boxes always seemed to time consuming and I never tried it therefore.
Now I wanted to try, if my new printer can handle some higher prints in good quality too…
Because this new one is really fast now, it was time to put some plastic to the print bed and try how fast this machine can print theses about 275mm heigh boxes with 5mm walls…
Of course you can shrink down the boxes in your slicer if you don't want such high boxes…
The boxes have an easy to open lid which e.g. can be used without to open it to put some smaller filament pieces in it.
On the back there are some M3 holes with M3 nut cutouts on the inside to the box to attach some tool holder or other little boxes for the paper towel as shown in the pictures.
Happy printing =)
