Anycubic Photon Easy Bed Level v3

This is a remix of the other Easy-Bed level mods for the Anycubic Photon printer. The last version broke and deformed after a while, so i designed this version, that is a little bit sturdier and features threaded inserts for the Locking screws.

One warning though: I dont recoment printing in PETG! I have experience that the gases and fumes from the resin does affect the plastic fundamentally and makes it really brittle. I have no experience yet with other types of Plastic, but after around 6 months or so, the PETG did completely cruble and break.

Hardware used:

• 4x M3x45mm screws, vertical for holding the printbed
• 4x M3x10mm brass threaded inserts
• 4x M3x8-10mm (original screws from the printer) vertical fixation from the botton
• Knobs: 
  • 4x M3x30mm screws for fixation or
  • 4x Knobs from the “More Easy Bed Level”-Mod

Leveling is super easy: 

1. Remove bed
2. HOME Z
3. place a paper unter the printbed
4. lower z a little bit
5. press lightly on the printbed, make sure the paper is moving and has even pressure
6. Set Z 0 and secure the lateral screws. 
7. The plate is perfectly leveled.
