This data can be useful if you want to use the Mitsubishi Outlander Rear Motor for your DIY EV conversion and need the exact location of the mounting holes in relation to the front mounting surface.
Files
- Mounting Plate: can be laser/plasma/hand cut to make mounts
- Assembly: Mounting Plate and front flange in correct relation to each other. The motor would be between the two plates
- Raw Data: just the XYZ coordinates from the Laser Tracker. It includes points from the mounting flange to create a proper relation between the two surfaces.
Hardware
- The bolts for the mounting flange are M12x1.25 with 30mm length. The original plate is quite thick, so you might need shorter bolts if you use a thinner steel plate.
