Description
The Wainlux K10 is a nice and easy little machine but the laser footprint is small and it's quite difficult to position thing properly. It's even harder to do so when you do a series of the same thing. The laser zone is also very close to the front so any time you need to engrave something a bit larger you hit the frame in the front and need to raise it.
I designed this tray to answer these issues.
The tray has deep square holes where the octagonal pins slide in.
Depending on what you want to engrave the pins might be enough to locate your thing.
The engraving zone is clearly marked, see the corner green arrows in the picture, and one hole is right in the center.
Center hole makes it easy to create centering jigs for all shapes, I included one that centers 100mm round things.
You also have square corners for square things.
Everything is slightly loose to fit properly so I added a snail shape knob that allows you to tighten things and remove completely any wobble or slack.
I hope this helps you get stuff done with your K10 :)
To use it with the 5W you will need this:
