Description

This is a wall mount for the Reolink E1 Pro and E1 Zoom that uses a french cleat to mount it to the wall. The mount was designed for the camera to be mounted upside down.

There were some mounts already on here but I felt like trying something different with the french cleat mount. I think it is a pretty clean result and am very happy with how it turned out.

Because the E1 Pro and Zoom have different orientation for the mounting bracket, I created my own mounting bracket that can be adjusted as needed to try to get the perfect orientation for the cable to come out the back corner. I designed the holes to work with some M3 button head cap screws I had already at home. I ended up using 10mm long screws but adjusted the design after printing so they can be more flush mounted on the top of the wall mount. So based on that I think an 8mm long screw would probably work. Here are some specs from the screws from the Amazon listing: “Thread Pitch 0.5 mm, Thread Size (Diameter): 3 mm, Head Diameter 5.5 mm, Head Height 1.6 mm”

I printed these on my Prusa Mini with a 0.4mm nozzle using PLA. I printed it with a 0.2mm layer height with 3 perimeters and 15% infill with supports enabled. The supports were fairly easy to remove and left a pretty clean appearance. They seem to be holding up very well and seem more than strong enough from what I can tell.

Note, I saw on some other models that people mentioned their E1 Zoom didn't fit, so it seems like there might be different hardware versions of the different E1 cameras. For reference here are the hardware versions of my cameras:

  • E1 Pro hardware version: IPC_566SD54MP
  • E1 Zoom hardware version: IPC_515BSD6
