Razor Blade Holder Scraper

Plain razor blades are thin, if used unsupported will flex and break.  I've designed a holder to allow me to use standard razor blades as a scraper.

My holder design has basically two parts, a base and a top plate.  The razor blade gets sandwiched between to two parts adding strength and rigidity to the razor blade.

The top plate can be placed in two positions.  One position exposes the razor blade, hence available for scraping.  The second position with the top plate rotated around (180 degrees) covers the exposed razor blade edge rendering it safe for transport and storage.  The two parts are held together with a hex M4 4mm nut and bolt (length 10mm).  To help with the nut handling, I also designed a wing nut that the M4 nut can be seated into.

My print is made in Bambu Lab PLA Tough Gray filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer.  Print supports are used.
