Bought this Topton Mini PC from Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004360072281.html
Temperatures were higher than expected. CPU needed a shim. If using an NVME drive, it will generate more heat than the CPU.
Remade the bottom plate to be fully open to allow some airflow on the NVME side and raised the feet.
