Hard drive bay adapter - 2.5" and 3.5" drive to 5.25" bay

I had an old PC case with only 5.25" bays and a few SSD's to mount.  Every SSD mounting adapter that I found was from 2.5" to 3.5" with nothing for 2.5" to 5.25" bays. This is a 5.25" adapter created by @devtea with added SSD mounting points.  I didn't need the fan adapter mounting points so I removed them.  The base is also 3mm thinner to reduce print time.
