Motivation and intended Use
I designed this pad for my jack stand, so I can safely jack up my Toyota T25 for repairs.
The jack stand has a 75mm x 38mm head with tilted edges ( ~10mm, 45°) and has a max. load of 2000kg.
The pads are printed with SUNLU TPU 95A, 4mm wall thickness and 50% infill (for a first try).
General
Only use Flex-material for printing and make sure the part has a sufficient stability suitable for its intended use.
