Description
I wanted to add a TLE sensor to the rudder pedals to achieve more precision.
The sensor mount slides on a profile, and the sensor itself can be moved sideways as the PCB has cutouts, allowing you to precisely position it right above the magnet. M3 bolts are used to attach it to the holder.
As the sensor comes by default with a small round magnet, I added a new magnet holder, and the original one serves as a stand for it. (Original magnets for analog Hall sensors won't work for this type of sensor.) The new magnet holder can be rotated if you need to calibrate the output. Using Freejoy, this can be done in the configuration.
Mechanically, the pedals have some flex, which affects the output—adding a bit of noise when pressure is applied to the pedals. To reduce this effect, it is recommended to install supporting rollers: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4838741

Appreciation to all the authors. This is a great contribution to the community.
And final modification is mine - TLE5010 sensor mount.
I decided to go with the easiest option for electronics - Freejoy.
