Yetch CoatHinger IKEA PAX Bracket

Simone Giertz's CoatHingers (link) are the absolute perfect solution for the 350mm shallow IKEA PAX wardrobes (link), but the brackets it comes with don't quite work since the “back wall” of ikea wardrobes is cardboard-thin.

This bracket fits the PAX system's pre-drilled holes on the sides, and lets you fit all 12 of the the CoatHingers onto its bamboo rod (carefully cut down to 460mm long).  I used some 12Gx18mm screws from my local hardware store, but the IKEA bracket screws you can get from them by asking nicely will work too.

Printing tips

You want the piece to be rigid, strong, and not to crack when the screws compress it.  I used 6 perimeters and a high density infill to make sure I had extra support.  I printed in Prusament natural ASA on my XL.
