Description
This is a fully printed dragchain-system for the SV08. It is pretty useful when you build an enclosure for you printer to avoid cables at the buildplate.
The Drag chain fixed joint and the Under the drag chain fixed joint are the original Sovol parts you can find at SV08 Printing Upgrade Parts on SV08 | Sovol 3D Printer Wiki.
I created a corresponding drag chain link using this Scad-script Fully Parametric Drag Chain by Gasol1n | Download free STL model | Printables.com (Thanks for your work.)
You need 20 of the drag chain links. I printed them in PETG (Extrudr PETG Gold).
Just replace the installed parts with printed ones and carefully arrange the cable in the drag chain.
To attach the drag chain to the fixed joint I used a few drops of super glue what works perfect in this case.
Use a small cable tie in the hole of drag chain fixed joint part to fix the cable for better guidance.
