Description
I saw a picture framed called Gallery Wrap on the Youtube, and I thought it could be made with a 3D printer, so I made it!
※The photograph/picture paper you are using must also be thick so that it does not tear when assembling the frame! (Example: used in the photograph, it is thin and torn)
※Recommend a stapler pin that fixes the corners. I tried to fix it with a printout, but I couldn't make a stable pin shape because the required size varies depending on the thickness of the adhesive tape used.
here is steps
step1 . Attach the double-sided tape to the diagonal and long side of the main block
※Must use double-sided tape with thickness, too thin don't attach each other when assemble
step2. Take off the other side of the tape and put it in the jig with the long side facing up
step3. Turn it over and attach it to the back of the picture you want, remove the jig, and cut it with a knife according to the block.
step4. Cut off the edges like a photo and divide them in half and attach them to the diagonal line of the block
step5 . Assemble and fix it using a stapler pin, and insert the insert into the inner groove
If the description is difficult to understand, please refer to the video below (it is an example for assembly and has nothing to do with the company/producer who uploaded the video)
I have also attached a step file for those who want to make different sizes.
