Printer settings: 

1. Filament: PETG 
2. Layer: 0.2-0.25mm
3. Infill: NA
4. Walls:  2 walls, 3 bottom
5. Supports/rafts: not required
6. [optional] fuzzy skin for 0.4 nozzle: contour, skin point distance 0.8mm, thikness 0.3mm

I made a variation with a fuzzy skin and it looks awesome. However please consider that since the device is intended to contact soil fuzzy skin is not the best option from practival point of view. Glossy one looks fina also. 

Also I haven't tried but most likely it worth to try TPU or flex filament.

Another model has a tiny digger you can use for sand or loose ground.
