With this outlet box, you can easily measure the current and voltage (or power if you have a power meter) without having to cut the cord of the appliance.
There are 5 banana plugs at the front. PE, L and N are connected in parallel to the outlet while the bottom two are connected in series. If you don't want to measure the current, you need to bridge the bottom contacts. The bottom banana sockets are 19 mm apart which is a common distance for banana bridges. The other banana sockets are spaced differently so shorting it with a 19 mm banana bridge would be harder.
Since everyone's components should be a bit different, some modifications can be necessary.
The 4 different printed parts are held together with M3 bolts and threaded inserts.
I am not providing a schematic for the wiring. If you need to look this up, you should let a professional do this for you.
