Hard Sunglasses/Safety Glasses Case

Got tired of all my sunglasses and safety glasses having rub marks on the back side of the lenses from the ear piece tips being pressed to far forward, even in existing protective cases, and sleeves.    Center section provides separating the ear pieces, and as a through hole makes a place to run a strap to keep from losing the lid. Mine printed with a press fit, strap isn't needed to hold them together, but your tolerances may vary!  There is a 0.15mm clearance for making a press fit.   

Made for Hillman brand dark safety glasses(mine are cammo and come in a two pack), but fit a pair of Walkers, and almost a pair of Radians shooting glasses. Should fit several brands in this wrap around style.  Could probably scale for others as well(untested by me).  

I printed with one wall @ 0.8mm(from 0.4mm nozzle works just fine), could probably go with two @ 0.4mm as well(untested!).  Print both parts with “Seam Visible”, to keep it on the outer contours, smoothing the seam in the inner holes could be a pain.
