Was not available as a spare part.
I Rebuilt this.....thanks to Fusion360
Dahon Falding Bike handlebar clamp or clamping plate.
Handlepost Upper Section Cap (Lenkerklemmplatte) for 28.6mm
For a 25.4mm Handlebar.
Should be milled from suitable aluminum, e.g. 6061, like the original.
Or you can test with different plastics at your own risk :-)
