Use the .3mf file, or pause print to insert the sticker, just before the printer closes up the cavity inside.
You can use something like the NFC Tools app to program the chip.
But remember these very thin/small stickers can only hold 144 bytes of data, so you cannot put in a super long link when you program it. I use bitly url shortener to get around that limitation.
