folgertech FT5 Z axis sync

This is to sync the 2 Z axis motors together on the FT5.

The front spindle mount plate uses the stock screws and channel nuts for the bottom and 6-32 screws to attach front bearing spindle mount to the top and bottom of the spindle.  use the spacers as needed to allow for a screw to pass through both mounts and the spindle.   I used 4 spacers two tight and two wide 1 of each per bearing mount.  the slide mount and toothless spindle takes a bearing with a 8-32 screw and washer on the bottom use the spacers in the bearing here as well.
