Description
I really loved Whoop66's canopy design but the bottom tab was just so rigid that it put a lot of force on the front mount point. When my original print broke at that flex point after many months, I decided to make one with a little bit of relief in the bend area to make it bend backward a little easier, without compromising too much on the rigidity of the mount. I got a little carried away adding some extra changes as well. Weighs virtually the same though (0.59g vs 0.60g original)
Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height. Whoop screws are 1.2mm I believe and a truss / washer head version seems to work really well for the front.
Whoop in the photo is a Meteor65 Pro frame, HappyModel EX0802 25000KV motors, 35mm props, HappyModel CrazybeeF4SX1280 ExpressLRS (SPI) AIO, Runcam Nano 3 camera, BT2.0 battery connector. I usually run the tattu 300mah folded cells which are amazing value batteries.
