FPV long range battery pack

I made a custom bumper for 4s1p 18650 battery pack. The other ones didn't provide enough protection or were not light/small enough. This bumper weights only 2.8g but has enough plastic in the right places to protect the cells.

Print with harder TPU like 40D or even 95A/55D. You will need supports from the base plate but they should be fairly easy to remove if you have your TPU prints dialed in. I find FiberFlex 40D to print much nicer than other TPU: good adhesion, little to no stringing.
