Angled Pipe for 3'' Valterra valve

Design

This angled pipe matches the opening of our gray / black water disposal. It fits directly to a Valterra 3'' system. It redirects the water from side to down without hindering the flow too much. Actually a 45 and a 60 degree angle version is available.

The bayonets come as separate parts to both allow printing the angled pipe with too much support and for greater strength from printing orientation. To fit them to the pipe, four M4 screws with overall length 8mm are required. Glueing might work too.

We used an existing seal to assemble the model, but provide a STL to print one in TPU too. Please be warned, this part is untested.

Printing

Designed to be printed using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers, PETG. Using a good PETG, this can be printed with pretty much the standard settings. No additional perimeters or infill needed. Print the angled pipe with “support from build plate only”.

Update

Added a cap with a big handle to replace the original part. Print Cap, CapHandle and 4 Bayonets.
