PubParts Onewheel GT The Float Life WTF Rails to C&R or Stock Fender Adapters

General Information

These adapters provide an interface between a TFL GT WTF rail with a fender delete and a C&R magnetic mount fender or FM stock GT fender. Allows the fender to sit flatly on the rails instead of at an angle, and also provides the necessary clearance to keep the tire from rubbing against the fender.

  • Mount with four 30mm M5 hex screws through the mount plate directly into the rails

Printing Instructions

Print in your preferred material with as much infill as you like, but here are some print settings recommendations:

• 30% or higher infill

Once configured:

1. Print as the model lies, with supports.
2. Take ‘em off your print bed when they’re done and remove the supports.
3. Install on your board. 
   • For the C&R magnetic fender mounts, place them on the top surfaces. Mount with a 30mm M5 hex screw.
   • For the stock FM fender it will fit perfectly into the corners of the top surfaces. You may find the screw will sit slightly at an angle in the angled hole. If you want this to sit perfectly in the countersunk hole you'll need to drill into the fender further for an angled countersink. Mount with a 35mm M5 hex screw.
