USB cable gland for tent. Dławik - przepust kablowy do namiotu

The cable gland allows you to run a USB cable or other cable through the tent wall without losing its tightness. There is no need to run the cable through open zippers, etc. This solution will work especially well in large stationary tents. It allows external power supply (e.g. from a photovoltaic panel) to be passed through the wall or external lighting from a power bank hidden in the tent. The tube holds the end of the USB cable and allows you to hang a lamp, garland or a small solar panel on a hook. 

Assembly is simple, as shown in the attached photo.

The shape of the tube prevents water from entering the tent.

Printing parameters: nozzle 0.4 mm, print the upper element with supports on the table, the lower element without supports. 
I printed on PETG and Quality 0.2 mm

TIP: printing with a 0.4mm nozzle makes the screw work hard. I recommend applying a little dishwashing liquid to the thread and gently screwing and unscrewing it several times (then, of course, remove the liquid with water :-) )

Dławik przewodu umożliwia przeprowadzenie przewodu USB lub innego przewodu przez ścianę namiotu, bez utraty jej szczelności. Nie ma potrzeby przeprowadzania przewodu przez niedomknięte zamki błyskawiczne itp. Rozwiązanie to sprawdzi się zwłaszcza w dużych namiotach stacjonarnych. Umożliwia przeprowadzenie przez ścianę zasilania zewnętrznego (np. z panelu fotowoltaicznego) lub zasilanie z powerbanka schowanego w namiocie oświetlenia zewnętrznego. Rurka mieści końcówkę przewodu USB i umożliwia zawieszenie na haczyku lampki, girlandy czy małego panelu solarnego. Montaż jest prosty, przedstawia go dołączone zdjęcie. Kształt rurki zapobiega wpadaniu wody do namiotu.

Parametry druku: dysza 0,4 mm, drukuj element górny z podporami na stole, element dolny bez podpórek. Drukowałem na PETG i jakości QUALITY 0,2 mm

TIP: wydruk dyszą 0,4mm sprawia, że gwint może działać ciężko. Polecam nałożenie na gwint odrobiny płynu do mycia naczyń i kilkukrotne delikatne przykręcanie – odkręcanie (potem oczywiście usuwamy wodą płyn :-) )
