BVP3000 Air Assist Mister Mount

This is a mount that utilises the channel in the 2020 extrusion on the Z Axis of your CNC router to mount a BPV3000 air assist/mister. May fit other models of air assist.

There is a left hand and right hand version, so you can pick which side you want to mount it on.

The spacers go in the bolt holes in the air assist.

Bolt the mount to the Z Axis as whatever height you like and then bolt the air assist to the mount.

I recommend printing the parts in PETG, ASA, ABS or PC or a CF of glass filled version of these.

Recommended print settings:

0.4 nozzle:

• 6 perimeters
• 0.2 layer height
• 8 top and bottom layers
• 10% infill
• 25% infill/perimeter overlap
• 60-80mm/s for external perimeters

0.6 nozzle:

• 4 perimeters
• 0.2 layer height
• 8 top and bottom layers
• 10% infill
• 25% infill/perimeter overlap
• 60-80mm/s for external perimeters

• 2 x M4x8 machine screws
• 3 x M4x25 machine screws
• 2 x 2020 M4 T slot nuts
