Description
Print x2 and mount each one with 2 3.5mm cable ties.
The attached stl is for 35mm frame and 21mm pump and it's an example only. Use the onshape link to generate a version matching your bike frame diameter and pump diameter. I recommend setting pump diameter about 1mm less than the actual pump diameter.
Best printed with nylon PA12, to make sure its durable and heat resistant. ABS should also work fine. PLA will likely melt if you leave the bike in direct sunlight.
The second part is an optional gasket to make sure the clip doesn't move and rotate and it needs to be printed using flexible filament. I used Fiberlogy's 40D TPU.
