Description
A duct inlet/air scoop for cooling air on an R/C airplane or R/C car. Designed to be vase mode printed for a clean single layer lightweight part. As designed a single print will yield two copies of the inlet. Can be scaled uniformly or by individual axes as needed.
Includes a template for the hole through the surface the inlet is being mounted to. The template can also be used as a backing plate.
Recommend printing in vase mode oriented vertically, with no bottom layers and using an outer brim for bed adhesion. Slow print speeds and low accelerations may improve print quality and layer adhesion.
