Rigid Shop Vac to Ryobi Circular Saw Adapter (45mm to 41mm)

Use case:

If you have a circular saw, you probably get annoyed at how much saw they produce, even wearing a mask doesn't help, especially if you do projects indoors even in a ventilated space. By using shop vacuum connected to your saw, it helps reduce the micro dust produced by the cutting process.

In this case, I use a Rigid shop vacuum (41mm inlet) and a Ryobi HP 7-1/4in circular saw (41mm outlet).

Note: Might work on Rigid miter saw too as both Ryobi and Rigid tools are manufactured by the same parent company, Techtronic Industries. Adapter might also fit other tools, just make sure your vacuum and tool are the correct size.

Adapter measurements:

Adapter inlet diameter (saw end): 41mm
Adapter outlet diameter (vac end): 45mm

Note: If fitment isnt tight, use some painters tape on the end that needs it to give it something to grab to.

Print information:

Printed through a 0.06mm nozzle on an Elegoo Neptune 4 using Elegoo Rapid PLA+. Your results may vary, but I highly recommend you ensure your printer is calibrated for best results.

Total Print Time: 18mins @ 350mm/s with a 36mm^3 of flow.
