Description
I made this as I was unable to find an X-Tensioner Body replacement part on Thingiverse though I have needed one for some time. I think this worked out to be a pretty straight forward, drop-in replacement part with no customization needed for either axis. I also included a my fairly basic knobs, designed to work with M4x7mm heat inserts as well as some simple slot covers.
NOTE: I would recommend putting a washer between the spring washer and plastic on the screw on the back of the X-axis as spring washers tend to dig into plastic.
I remixed bastelgarage's Y-Tensioner Body slightly to include a cut out slot similar to the stock part. I was unable to remove the fillets so from the Y-Tensioner so I included a filleted X-Tensioner Body as well as a chambered one that more closely resembles the stock part.

Notes:
I strongly suggest printing with a 2mm shell to ensure that the part can stand up to the stresses it will be put under. I used four 0.5mm lines at 0.14mm layer heights.
You should not need supports on the X-Tensioner Body as I have designed the hole to print well without them but you will need supports on the Y-Tensioner Body. I recommend tree supports with a 0.24mm gap.
Removing Supports
You may need to trim the branch that supports the opening of the slot but after that the supports should be fairly easy to remove.
