Description
Here is version 3.0. After years of testing and tweaking my EDCs, I’ve now, as a 3D printer enthusiast, created a pocket version tailored to my needs.
70mmx100mmx16mm
You will need:
- Approximately 1 meter of elastic band (3mm) optional 15-20cm more for a rubberband like safety band that hold all items in place.
- 12 pieces of 5mm (diameter) x 2mm (height) neodymium magnets
- Super glue to fix the magnets in place
If you have trouble pulling the elastic band correctly (hole pattern), let me know, and I’ll make a video about it.
I printed everything at 100mm/s, 10% infill, PLA+ @ 215°C. Only the two cord holders (Dishwasher) required a brim!
It can fit 6 items, i have only 5 on the front.
My contents:
- LED light: FreeLionVon S11 (400 Lumens)
- Victorinox Mini Champ
- RollingSquare in charge x 6in1 USB adapter charging and transfer cable
- Bic lighter
- 5m microcord
In the back compartment:
- Paperclip
- Safety pin
- 1/2m duct tape
- 2 strips of self-fusing multifunction tape (often better than duct tape)
- Banknote
- Bandage
- Disinfection swab
- Piece of hot glue (very useful in combination with a lighter)
- Small scalpel knife: https://www.printables.com/de/model/500951-xacto-mini-cutter-keychain
