Description
This 3D Printed Electronics case solves the issue of Ender-3 style printers not fitting Ender-3 style motherboards when upgrading them. for example the Geeetech A10 uses a completely custom mainboard which you can't replace with something such as a BTT SKR Mini E3 board while also retaining the stock electronics box.
The model includes a mounting plate for Ender-3 style mainboards but can be adapted to fit anything as long as the board will physically fit inside.
because i find the stock case pretty cramped i also made this one taller than normal. because of that it might not fit under a stock height printer which is why i recommend you add extra feet to the bottom of your printer when using this. i made my own ender 3 extension feet (https://www.printables.com/model/973159-ender-3-extension-feet-psu-relocation) but any mod that extends the height of the printer by at least ~4cm should work.
The top cover fits a 90mm fan. and the included bracket specifically fits a fan i extracted from an old Gainward/Palit GTX 260. you will most likely have to make your own bracket or just glue/tape the fan to the top.
