Description
I've had one of these 7" 800x480 displays for awhile which were purchased to aid in debugging computers that were normally running headless. It's very handy to be able plug a small display in and see startup, log or error messages. It even has a touchscreen for devices like a Pi that support touch.
But I was often lazy about getting it out because I had no stand and laying it flat on a table was not a good idea. I finally designed this simple stand. I mounted the display to the stand with M2.5 screws and used short standoffs to provide room for the HDMI and micro-usb power cable.
The display is from Adafruit.
