If you are annoyed by the v-slot wheel on the y-axis, linear rails are the best solution for the CR-10 MAX.
Use the jib to drill the holes onto the carriage plate and mount directly to the blocks. The jib and end stop are designed to work with HGL15CAH HIWIN blocks and 570mm rails.
You will also need an aluminum spacer to lower the y belt, you can re-use the spacer from the v-slot wheels. See picture for placement
The y endstop also need to be relocated to be triggered by the HIWIN block
